LARA BINGLE FOR HARPER'S BAZAAR TV

Lara Bingle has been announced as Harpers BAZZAR's presenter for Rosemount Fashion Week.

Harper's BAZZAR online wrote: Harper’s BAZAAR is excited to confirm Lara Bingle for BAZAAR TV during this year’s Rosemount Australian Fashion Week. Bingle will join BAZAAR backstage and front row to give BAZAAR TV viewers an insider’s view of Australia’s hottest fashion event

Pedestrian TV reports: Harper's BAZAAR has enlisted Lara Bingle as their guest blogger/presenter during Rosemount Australian Fashion Week coming up in May.

Harper's BAZAAR's online editor Anna McLeod explained the decision, saying:

"We're really excited to have Lara with us for RAFW. She will bring a unique, fresh and fun spin to our online coverage and it's a complete departure from the norm because she's not someone in the industry, but she has a great fashion sensibility so her RAFW experience will come from a different point of view."

As far as the responsibilities of her role are concerned, Bingle will be reporting from backstage and front row to provide an "insider's view" of the event, with daily video blogs, including interviews with designers, street style snapshots and so forth.

LARA BINGLE FLYING HIGH IN LALA LAND

Lara Bingle has swapped Sydney for the City of Angels.

The swimsuit model left for Los Angeles at the weekend for a working holiday, hoping her Aussie tan and warm smile will work its wonders on Tinseltown.

Bingle, 22, is staying at the Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel in West Hollywood with hairstylist and close friend Max May.

Wearing skin-tight Gucci pants and a ripped rock'n'roll T-shirt, Bingle posed for a magazine spread outside a 1950s-style diner at the retro hotel.

The shoot, in which Bingle was seen smoking a cigarette and looking "dishevelled", is understood to be for Aussie fashion magazine Oyster.

An Australian staying at the same hotel said Bingle seemed relaxed and had been spending a lot of her time sunbaking.

Her agent would not comment on the trip, saying it was "private time".

Bingle is understood to be leaving LA in coming days and flying to New York in search of other opportunities.

She has been in contact with Leonardo DiCaprio's former girlfriend, model Bar Rafaeli, via Twitter.

LARA BINGLE OFFERED DANCING WITH THE STARS?

Lara Bingle reportedly turned down a spot on Dancing With The Stars claim well-placed television sources.

Bingle's manager, Max Markson, says the model and socialite turned down a spot on the forthcoming series of Dancing With The Stars.

"She was invited last year and rejected the offer and did the same this year," Markson said.

"Not for any money in the world would she do it."

However, Seven sources say Bingle wasn't even in the mix for this year's series of DWTS.

Among those actually being considered are said to be, Home And Away's Esther Anderson, Kyle Sandilands' singer wife Tamara Jaber, Packed To The Rafters' George Houvardas, country music singer Melinda Schneider, former Miss Universe contestant Rachael Finch, and singer Wes Carr.

LARA BINGLE MOVES OUT

Lara Bingle has moved out of the Bondi pad she shared with Michael Clarke just days ahead of his return home.

She was seen shifting her belongings from the $6 million digs on Sunday.

A resident in the Bellevue Hill block Bingle has inspected told us yesterday she went back on Saturday and made an offer.

She is now waiting to hear back.

And the 22-year-old appeared uncharacteristically reluctant to be photographed later on Saturday after having a massage in Pyrmont.

LARA BINGLE'S NEW RING

Lara Bingle was seen sporting a simple, gold, heart-shaped ring on her wedding ring finger.

The model's been busy looking around to buy her own home, and is close to signing a contract for a $1.5 million, three-bedroom, Bellevue Hill apartment.

Reports say that: Interestingly, the tip of the heart ring is pointing outwards, which traditionally symbolises a heart that's available.

HAS LARA FOUND A NEW APARTMENT

Lara Bingle was in the company of her agent Max Markson and two suited-up real estate types during a tour of the prestigious modern three-bedroom Bellevue Hill abode.

The 22-year-old and her agent entered the four-storey Bennelong Crescent block early yesterday afternoon.

Although the doors don't open until tomorrow, Bingle's agent apparently arranged for an advance inspection.

The apartment boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, direct elevator access, an open-floor plan, an entertainer's kitchen and - perhaps most importantly - "excellent" security.

Real estate agents Raine and Horne refused to confirm or deny Bingle had inspected the property when called by yesterday. They also refused to comment on the price.

LARA BINGLE IN ROSE BAY

Lara Bingle was spotted in Rose Bay shopping. She continues to live in the Bondi apartment they shared while Michael's in New Zealand playing cricket.

Later she left her dog; Winter, in the car as she ran into the Cricket NSW headquarters at Moore Park - dropping off some keys perhaps?

LARA IN A TANGLE

Oh, as Lara Bingle's life wasn't in enough of a tangle without getting herself wrapped up in the dog lead and nearly going flying over high heel.
