Lara Worthington is slaying the pregnancy fashion game.The 29-year-old businesswoman and wife of Avatar star Sam Worthington stepped out in New York City on Thursday wearing an all-black maternity outfit that perfectly showcased her growing baby bump.
Bingle Worthington, who told InStyle Australia in June that she is expecting her second child with the actor, opted for a black camisole with a lace trim, black skirt and matching lace-up ankle boots, complete with a gold-detailed black shoulder bag and fun oversized shades.
The Australian model is due in the fall. She and Worthington, 39, have been married since 2014 and already have a son together: 15-month-old Rocket Zot.
Recently, Bingle Worthington covered InStyle Australia‘s July issue, and spoke to the magazine about her feelings on adding to her family.
“I’m just excited that Rocket gets a sibling and that they’ll be so close [in age] together,” she said. “I’m sure it might seem full-on at the beginning for me, and it’s probably a lot harder than it is now, but when they get older they can share their life together.
“I have a brother and Sam has a sister so it’s nice when someone always has your back.”
One thing that motherhood has given the famously private blonde beauty? Patience — and the ability to really cherish time with her son.
“Rocket teaches me something new every day,” she said, adding, “He’s like a sponge. He’s learning so much so it’s nice to watch the world through his eyes. I want to teach him all the time.”
