SCRATCHING OUR HEADS AT LARA'S EARLIER WORK

We all remember Lara Bingle as a teen in the now classic "Where the bloody hell are you" Aussie tourism campaign of 2006, but the Sydney model got her first start in the industry much earlier then that.

The 26-year-old shared a photo of one of her first ever modelling gigs with her Instagram followers this week -- posing in a bathroom to promote a head lice shampoo at the tender age of six. And it's damn cute. "Solving head lice problems. #nits #20yrsago," Bingle wrote.

LARA UNVEILS SIZZLING HOT BODY DURING PHOTOSHOOT

All those cold-pressed juices and tough workouts seem to have paid off for Lara Bingle with the model and television personality displaying a sizzling hot body during a bikini shoot on a beach north of Noosa.

In fact she simply looked hotter than she has in years.
Bingle was so confident in her body that she managed to change from a skimpy leopard print bikini to an electric blue two-piece in full view of the crew.

In fact for a few minutes, the 26-year-old went topless. She clearly had no need of the services of a honey wagon.

The bikini shoot was for a major fashion chain and the swimmers were designed by the model herself. This is all part of her plan to empower women of all sizes with the soon-to-be-released budget range of signature swimwear and underwear.

"To have my own swimwear and underwear range has been a dream. It's a fun, exciting project," Bingle recently told Confidential, adding that she believes that her designs are "commercial, accessible and wearable".

Bikinis will be priced from $30.

"I'm a big believer in empowering women with curves of all sizes," she said. "One of the most talked-about issues is body shape and weight for young girls. My body is talked about a lot.

"I think it's really important to keep putting it out the message that people should get active and be healthy. You need that balance in your life."

Whether she needs that balance or not, Bingle has adhered to a pretty strict diet lately which has included recently taking her own juicer to the snow where she was a guest at a boozy A-list weekend. Her excuse for not drinking was that she was preparing for a special bikini shoot.

She has also been taking part in rigorous beach workouts with her buddy, Lauryn Eagle.

Meanwhile the new look Bingle, who has battled with her weight several times in the past, has declared that she is single and fancy free again having recently split with her latest boyfriend, American DJ Nick Cohen.

BINGLE SINGLE AFTER SPLITTING WITH NICK COHEN

Lara Bingle is single again, saying she's too busy for love.

The long distance and a hectic work schedule have taken a toll on her budding romance with American DJ Nick Cohen.

Confidential can reveal the pair split after a final fling in Paris a few weeks ago.

"Nick and I have been close friends beyond our romantic relationship and will continue to be always," Bingle said of Cohen, who is based in New York and previously dated Keith Richards' daughter Alexandra.

"Unfortunately the distance got the better of us but my schedule for work will surely keep me busy."

Bingle, 26, has most recently been focused on building her own fashion and beauty empire.

Dubbed by some in the industry as the next Elle Macpherson because of her fresh face and healthy image, Bingle will soon release her own fashion range.

LARA SWAPS BIKINIS FOR SNOWBOARDING

A self-confessed tomboy, Lara Bingle swapped bikinis for snowboarding boots at an exclusive ski event in Thredbo over the weekend.

“I am such a tomboy and always did sporty things with my brothers growing up, so I just love getting out there as everyone else parties hard," Bingle told news.com.au.

A mad-keen snowboarder Bingle turned out to be one of the most subdued guests at the annual Clicquot In The Snow event on the weekend.

Gearing up for a photo shoot this week, Bingle avoided too many bubbles and was usually one of the first on the slopes early each morning.
“I have a really big shoot this week so I just need to look my best," she said.

Bingle joined actress Emma Lung, TV presenter Laura Csortan and ski and surf-mad chef Hayden Quinn on the slopes.
