She may have been usurped by Rachael Finch as its face, but the relationship isn't quite over yet with Lara Bingle and Speedo.
Bingle, technically still the face of this summer's campaign, made an in-store appearance at the swimwear brand's Chatswood Chase store yesterday, honouring her commitments to the company ahead of her contract's expiration later this year.
But there is talk Speedo plans to keep the model on its books.
The swimwear brand's marketing manager Tiffany Scott said nothing had been decided yet, but it wasn't out of the question that Bingle would be re-signed.
"We haven't discussed it with her manager," she said.
"I think there's always a possibility with these things, but obviously we've signed Rachael Finch."
A positive Bingle told us, "I have had three big years with Speedo and I am happy to be back in Australia fulfilling my commitments.
"But as you know, all good things come to an end - some better than others. My focus is on the future, and this year already holds a lot of exciting opportunities as well as adventures," she said.
Bingle returned to Sydney last week and was soon spotted out and about taking her new Japanese pushbike for a spin.
