Lara Bingle is understandably putting all of her energy into staying fit with a major photo shoot looming on the horizon.Bingle, spotted out and about jogging with a friend's dog this week, is understood to be in training to be in tip-top shape to shoot her next Speedo swimwear campaign - which is scheduled to happen in the coming weeks.
The Aussie model's previous campaigns have been red hot for the brand.
"She has a trainer three days a week but she does her own exercise on other days," said a friend.
"She has Sundays off though. It's part of her job to look good so it's hardly that surprising.
